We hope you have the perfect BOSADDO product. However, if this is not the case, you can always return or replace the faulty item.
RULES
1. You may replace or return the purchased item within 14 calendar days.
2. The item to be replaced or returned must be in neat original packaging, undamaged, unused, undamaged in appearance (undamaged labels, tear film, etc.) and in the same package as purchased by the buyer. Be sure to include the return form.
3. Please email info@bosaddo.com for your return reason.
4. Bosaddo shall have the right to refuse replacement or return of an item if it is used, unlabelled or damaged, has expired replacement / return, or has been custom-made or customized (item color change, item length or width adjusted, etc).
6. The cost of shipping / shipping the goods being replaced or returned shall be borne by the buyer. Only the money paid for the item is refunded. Shipping costs are unpaid.
7. When returning the item purchased at a discount, the amount paid at the applicable discount will be refunded.
8. When we receive the products, the money will be refund to your bank account within 30 days.
Replacement or return of defective goods shall be in accordance with the "Return and Replacement Rules approved on 01/01/2001. June 29th of the Minister of Economy 217. "
