1. General Provisions.
1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a binding legal document that sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions for purchasing and paying for the goods, the delivery and return procedures, - Terms and conditions of sale at the online store www.bosaddo.com.
2. By placing the order, the Buyer confirms that they accept these Terms.
3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having formed the shopping cart, indicated the delivery address, selected the payment method and acquainted with the Rules, presses the “Buy” button.
2. Protection of personal data.

2. The buyer is responsible for providing correct information at the time of purchase.

3. Buyer Rights and Obligations.
1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.
2. Provide complete, complete and correct information on the billing form. If the Buyer submits inaccurate, false or misleading information in the settlement form, www.bosaddo.com has the right to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.
3. The Buyer shall immediately notify the Seller of any changes in the Buyer's data provided in the purchase form.
4. The Purchaser shall have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Return Policy.
5. By placing an order at the online store www.bosaddo.com the Buyer agrees to these Terms of Sale and undertakes to comply with them and the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Seller's Rights and Obligations.
1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store www.bosaddo.com.
2. If the Buyer attempts to compromise the stability and security of the online store or violates its obligations, the Seller shall have the right to immediately, without notice, restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer's access to the online store.
3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy right to the Buyer's proprietary information stated in the purchase form and not to transfer it to third parties.
4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
5. The Seller may, in important circumstances, temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the Online Store without giving prior notice to the Buyer.
6. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Terms.
7. If the Buyer uses the services provided by www.bosaddo.com after the changes in these terms and conditions, the Buyer shall be deemed to have agreed to the change of the Terms.
5. Ordering of goods, prices, payment order, terms.
1. In the e-shop Buyer can buy online 7 days a week, 24 hours. per day.
2. Orders are accepted only through the online shop www.bosaddo.com.
3. All prices of goods in the online shop are in euros.
4. The Buyer undertakes to pay the order within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. Preparation of the parcel shall start only after payment for the goods has been received.
5. If the Buyer fails to pay within 3 (three) calendar days, the order shall be canceled.
6. Delivery of goods.
1. The buyer undertakes to state the exact place of delivery of the goods.
2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself and the goods have been delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not be entitled to claim against the Seller the delivery of the goods to an unsuitable entity.
3. The goods shall be dispatched to the Buyer within 14 working days of the confirmation of payment.
4. In all cases, the Seller shall be released from liability for failure to meet the delivery terms if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
5. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if the shipment has received unsolicited goods or inadequate quantity, incomplete product delivery.
6. Buyer must email. provide the Seller with photographs of the damaged parcel and / or item (s) by email.
7. Quality of goods, warranties.
1. All details of goods sold on the online store www.bosaddo.com are given in the description of each item.
2. The quantities of goods shown in the shop are not always related to the price of the goods - the price of the goods may be more than one unit. The units of measurement are specified in the trade description. The color of the goods may vary slightly depending on the monitor used by the Buyer.
3. The seller may provide an appropriate quality guarantee for certain types of goods, the specific terms and conditions of which shall be given in the description of the goods.
8. Marketing and Information.

2. The Seller shall have the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Shares and to cancel them without notice. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the Shares shall be effective from the moment of their amendment or cancellation.
3. The Seller shall send notices to the Buyer at the e-mail address specified in the Buyer's purchase form.
4. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the Seller's email. contacts listed in the "Contacts" section of the store.
5. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the information or confirmation messages sent due to Internet connection, e-mail service provider network disruption, messages entering the SPAM catalog, or due to the Buyer incorrectly specified data.
6. The personal data of the Buyer may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions specified in Paragraph 2.4 of these Rules.
9. Final provisions.
1. These Rules of Sale and Purchase of Goods are made in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. These Rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disagreement arising out of the implementation of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of disagreement, the disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
